    The Lamb Blvd Improvement Project involved constructing a new bridge for Lamb Blvd. over the UPRR tracks in North Las Vegas.
    Supporting the bridge are 49 drilled shafts ranging in diameter from 24” to 72” and lengths from 20’ to 100’.

    Mullica River Bridge Widening

    Port Republic, NJ

    16 drilled shafts, 8 ft diameter, original depth of 205’. After load test results, shaft length shortened to 175’. Majority of work

    New Bridge construction over Skunk Creek consisting of 28 drilled shafts. 48” and 72” diameter drilled shafts were excavated through Sand, Gravel, Cobbles and Boulders up to 89’ in depth.

    Completed in 2012, this project included the installation of (22) 4’-6” to 8’-6” diameter permanently cased rock socketed caissons supporting the BNSF Railroads new bridge over the Missouri River between Plattsmouth, NE and Pacific Junction, IA.

    This projected consisted of the installation of 6 shafts through water, soil and rock. The shafts were constructed with 9’ diameter permanent casings through the water and soil with 20’ long, 8’ diameter sockets below the casing.

    Vogtle Electric Generating Plant

    Waynesboro, Georgia

    This project consisted of installing Cooling Tower Drilled Shaft Foundations for Units #3 & #4 at the Plant Vogtle Plant.
    The production shafts consisted of (28) 48” diameter and (208) 72” diameter drilled shafts for both towers. The lengths
    varied but were 100’ long on average (some were installed up to 128’ deep).

    Case Foundation Company’s full complement of deep foundation services anchor major commercial development in the heart of downtown Chicago.
    This fast tracking project consisted of 65,000 sf of 36” thick slurry wall perimeter, secant pile walls in selected sections which protected adjacent streets and structures; and 144 drilled shafts.

    Trump Hotel and Tower

    Chicago, IL

    Trump Tower rises on 230 caissons – both rock bearing and hardpan – installed on a narrow footprint along the Chicago River.
    State-of-the-art caissons provide support for a 92 story highrise tower. The 57 Tower caissons utilized a record breaking 500 ksf bearing capacity and relied on innovative techniques to drill rock sockets up to 10’ diameter.

    Kentucky Lock and Dam

    Paducah, KY

    The Kentucky Lock and Dam Project was comprised of two parts, the railroad bridge and the highway bridge. The Railroad Bridge consisted of 54 permanently cased rock socketed drilled shafts with diameters ranging from 84” to 48”. The Highway Bridge consisted of 36 permanently cased rock socketed drilled shafts with diameters ranging from 72” to 48”.

    Case’s specialty construction services combine to launch top-down/construction of a major mixed-use project in downtown Chicago.
    The size of this two city block site allowed installation of a 1,600 lf concrete diaphragm slurry wall to 70’, while 143 large diameter belled caissons were being drilled to depths of 100’.
