Daniel Bien is the President of Case Foundation. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University in 1996 and his Master’s in Business Administration from Illinois Institute of Technology in 2005. He is an active member of Deep Foundations Institute and ADSC.
Daniel has over 20 years of technical and management experience in drilled shaft (caisson) foundations. Most recently, he served as the vice president of the western caisson division at Case Foundation. In that role, he was progressive in developing new markets while training the next generation of project managers. As a result, the division grew 150 percent in annual revenue. Prior to this, Daniel served as project manager on a range of caisson installation projects.
Daniel is responsible for overall management, operations, and development of projects along with profit and loss for all divisions of Case Foundation and its subsidiary, Case Atlantic Company.
